Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying unresolved trauma, questions about identity, or the constant stress of keeping everything together. You may present as fine to the outside world — showing up for work, family, and responsibilities — while knowing deep down you feel frayed within. Therapy can help you stop repeating the same cycles and begin unhooking from toxic patterns in yourself, in relationships, and in the culture around you.
I work with women, queer & trans folks, high-achievers, parents, people in tech, and creatives — as well as anyone who finds themselves getting activated or overwhelmed in the push and pull of daily life.
Trauma often lingers in the present, showing up as sudden activation, fight-or-flight reactions, or cycles that leave you feeling stuck. Much of this work is about unhooking from survival patterns your body once needed but no longer serve you. I use EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to help you feel more resilient.

Identity-Affirming Therapy
Identity stress adds another layer of pain on top of everything else. Affirming therapy means unhooking from toxic cultural messages about who you “should” be, and finding safety to explore who you truly are. I support LGBTQ+ individuals, those exploring gender, and anyone navigating marginalization.
